School Chaplaincy Group

We are a group of Key Stage 2  children who meet regularly with Mr Eddy, our Catholic Life lead. We discuss many things but they all involve ideas to help the school live out its Catholic faith.

We organise events throughout the year. We like to plan and run fundraising activities for charities that the school supports ( local, national and international). We also help to organise other activities such as collections for local foodbanks.

As well as all the fundraising we also help to support the school and run events linked with the feasts and special occasions in the Church’s year. It doesn’t matter whether it is helping Mr Eddy run his special assemblies or helping out with our regular school masses, we are always keen to develop the Catholic life of our school.
