At St Joseph’s we are proud of how smart the children look; they are proud to belong
to one community. Children are expected to wear our school uniform as it fosters a
sense of community and belonging and we hope the children are proud to be identified
with their school in this way.

Boys:

• White or blue polo shirt
• Blue school jumper or cardigan with school logo
• Black or grey trousers
• White, grey or black socks
• Black school shoes

 

Girls:

• White or blue polo shirt
• Blue school jumper or cardigan with school logo
• Black or grey skirt or black or grey trousers
• Blue and white gingham dress
• Black school shoes

 

P.E. Kit

• Black shorts
• Black leggings for colder weather
• White t shirt
• Trainers (for outdoor lessons) and plimsoles (for indoor lessons)

 

Water bottles:
We feel that access to water is essential for our children. We ask that parents supply
their children with a water bottle to bring into school every day. Children have access
to water throughout the day when needed and water bottles can be taken home to
refill every evening

 

New Staters

School jumpers/cardigans are available at cost price from the school office. We prefer all children to wear their jumper / cardigan with the St Joseph’s logo on the chest. It helps foster a sense of pride and belonging in the school. All other uniform items are generic, can be bought in local shops and supermarkets and do not need to have the school logo.

If parents would like to purchase / be provided with a pre-loved uniform, then please speak to Mrs Stewart in the school office. The Friends of St Joseph’s have a stock of different sized uniforms available. A pre-loved uniform stall is available at school fairs.
