Our Patron Saint

St Joseph is the patron saint of our school and an important example of faith, love and service. He was the earthly father of Jesus and the husband of Mary. Although the Gospels do not record many of Joseph’s words, they show us a man who listened to God, trusted Him and responded with courage.

Joseph cared for Mary and Jesus and protected his family through difficult times. He worked as a carpenter and taught Jesus through the ordinary experiences of family and daily life. His life reminds us that we can encounter God not only in great moments, but also through the everyday acts of love, kindness, work and service.

At St Joseph’s, we look to his example as we seek to live, learn and love in Christ.

We ask St Joseph to pray for our school family and to help us grow in faith, compassion, courage and service to others.

O my God, I give to you all that I say or do. All my work and all my happy play, I will give to you today.

Bless us o Lord as we sit together. Bless the food we eat today. Bless the hands that made the food. Bless us O, Lord

Father in Heaven I come to say, Thank you for your love today. Thank you for my family, And all the friends you give to me. Guard me in the dark of night, And in the morning send Your Light.

Our Father

Our Father who art in Heaven hallowed be thy name; Thy kingdom come; thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread And forgive us our trespassers As we forgive those who trespass against us; And lead us not into temptation But deliver us from evil.

Thank you for all the years of learning

Thank you for all the activities and trips we enjoy

Thank you for the friendships we develop

Help us to always try our best and grow in knowledge

Help us to care for each other and look after all the children in the school
